Improving Employee Assistance Programs

Empowering employees with better information.

Improving Employee Assistance Programs

We’re empowering employees with better information, allowing them to focus, increase their well-being and stay collaborative.

Consuming, creating, and sharing misinformation in one’s personal life is a great training ground for doing so at work. 1

Misinformation is a threat to individuals, societies … and businesses. Our goal is to complement Employee Assistance Programs by protecting employees against the risks stemming from information overload and disinformation, and reduce harms resulting from inaccurate or excessive information, sensationalized content, and polarizing misinformation. These risks can represent non-trivial risks to employers, which must consequently deal with:

  • Reduced work productivity and trust
  • More stress and anxiety, increase in health issues
  • Conflict and division hindering collaboration
  • Safety risks

We focus on solutions that:

  • Protect workers from being exposed to misinformation and harmful information
  • Help them gain the knowledge they need by easily finding information they can trust
  • Help them develop and exercise critical thinking and be mindful of multiple perspectives
